Company ACTIV LTD was established under court decision No. 1120 dated 24.03.1995, and being direct successor of ET ACTIV it performs construction activities since 1991. For that period we have performed and delivered before the State Committee a number of sites in sections "Architecture", "Water & Sewerage", "Electrical", and "Heating & Ventilation", water supply of settlements and building the infrastructure, the main of them being:

  • Housing Association "Veno" – town of Burgas (finishing works)
  • House-museum "Petya Dubarova", town of Burgas – reconstruction
  • House for temporary accommodation of socially disadvantaged children – town of Burgas – reconstruction

  • Outdoor swimming-pool on the terrain of "Neo Kiten" Complex, village of Kiten of 530 cub.m. volume and others
  • Residential building of Karnobat Municipality – town of Karnobat with built-up floor area - 1600 sq.m.
  • Residential building on RLE I, quarter 95 in the town of Nessebar, built-up floor area – 2700 sq.m.
  • Hotel complex in plot I, quarter 221 in the town of Pomorie – external water & sewerage connections – stage II

  • Housing Association on 85, Probuda Str. – 1600 sq.m.
  • Housing Association on 78, Patriarch Evtimiy Str. – 1000 sq.m.
  • Housing Association on 74, Patriarch Evtimiy Str. – 1200 sq.m.
  • Housing Association in Sarafovo Quarter – 2300 sq.m.
  • Housing Association in the town of Tsarevo – 3600 sq.m.

The company is well-known in the municipalities Burgas, Pomorie, Karnobat, Primorsko and Tsarevo; University of National and World Economy – Sofia, "Bulgarian Post" EAD. We may offer, if requested, additional recommendations for projects completed by our company from private and other investors. The company is a regular member of the Bulgarian Chamber of Construction since 1997.
